Terms & Conditions
Pre-Launch Declaration
This platform is currently in private pre-launch. No client accounts are active. Enquiry details submitted through our forms are stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This declaration will be removed upon commercial launch.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ONE ON ONE (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by them, please do not use this Service.
ONE ON ONE provides services to businesses. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create consumer rights.
2. AI Presenters & Content Production
ONE ON ONE is powered by AI video and voice production technology. All video content is produced using ONE ON ONE's library of AI presenters — original AI-generated digital characters.
No client photograph, facial image, voice recording, or biometric data of any kind is collected, processed, or used at any stage of production. ONE ON ONE does not accept client-supplied footage or photographs of identifiable persons for likeness generation. No real human likeness is replicated, cloned, or represented in any production.
Clients submit content briefs, scripts, and topic outlines. ONE ON ONE produces broadcast-quality video using its own AI presenters and contracted AI production partners. Content briefs and account data are stored securely on secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption.
By submitting a content brief, you grant ONE ON ONE the right to produce video content based on your provided script, outline, or talking points, using AI presenters selected from our library or recommended by our production team.
3. Service Engagement
By engaging ONE ON ONE for a production or managed service:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete project information
- You agree to pay the agreed amount for your selected service
- You accept our standard production timeline of 3–7 business days for standard delivery, subject to Section 5
4. Payment Terms
Payments are not taken through this website. ONE ON ONE does not operate an online payment facility and does not collect or store payment card details. Fees are invoiced directly and settled by bank transfer or by other means agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full before production commences. ONE ON ONE is not obliged to begin or continue work while any invoice remains unpaid.
Once production has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Where a client cancels before production has commenced, ONE ON ONE may at its sole discretion refund fees paid, less any costs already incurred.
Dissatisfaction with creative interpretation, presenter selection, or stylistic outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided the delivered content meets the agreed brief. Concerns of this nature are addressed through the revision process set out in Section 5.
5. Scope, Revisions and Delivery
Each engagement covers the scope agreed in writing at the outset. Standard production includes two rounds of revisions. Revisions must fall within the originally agreed brief. Changes of creative direction, new scripts, additional formats, or material scope changes constitute a new engagement and will be quoted separately.
Additional revision rounds beyond those included are chargeable at ONE ON ONE's prevailing rates.
Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith and begin from receipt of a complete brief and any required client approvals. Delays caused by late client feedback, incomplete briefs, or changes to scope extend delivery timelines accordingly and do not constitute a failure to deliver.
Where a client does not respond to a request for feedback or approval within 14 days, ONE ON ONE may treat the project as complete and close it. Fees paid remain non-refundable.
6. Client Content — Warranties and Indemnity
All scripts, briefs, talking points, product information, and other materials supplied by the client ("Client Content") remain the client's responsibility. By submitting Client Content, the client warrants that:
- It owns or holds all necessary rights and licences to the Client Content
- The Client Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- The Client Content is accurate, lawful, and not defamatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise unlawful
- Any claims, statistics, or statements contained in the Client Content are true and substantiated
- The Client Content complies with all applicable laws and platform requirements in every jurisdiction where it will be published
The client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ONE ON ONE, its platform management, parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, management team, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and production partners, and each of their respective successors and assigns, against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Client Content, any breach of the warranties in this Section, or the client's use of delivered content.
ONE ON ONE may refuse, suspend, or terminate any production it reasonably considers unlawful, misleading, reputationally damaging, or contrary to these Terms, without liability. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable in such circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
The ONE ON ONE platform, its branding, its library of AI presenters, its production methods, templates, and all materials displayed on this website remain the exclusive property of ONE ON ONE. Nothing in these Terms transfers any right in ONE ON ONE's AI presenters or production technology to the client. Unauthorised use of these materials is prohibited.
Client Content — scripts, briefs, and talking points — remains the property of the client. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered video files for their own commercial use.
Portfolio use: ONE ON ONE may use delivered content in its portfolio, showreel, website, and marketing materials. A client may opt out by giving written notice before delivery. Where content has already been published by ONE ON ONE in reliance on this clause, the licence for that published use is perpetual and non-revocable, though ONE ON ONE will not use the content in new placements after receiving a withdrawal notice.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any laws
- Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Harass, threaten, or defame any person
- Submit content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
9. Nature of AI Production
Content is produced using artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated output involves inherent variability. ONE ON ONE delivers content meeting professional production standards but does not guarantee any specific creative, aesthetic, or performance outcome. Variations in visual style, delivery, or interpretation are an inherent characteristic of AI production and do not constitute a defect.
ONE ON ONE does not warrant that delivered content will achieve any particular commercial result, audience engagement, or business outcome.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials and services on ONE ON ONE are provided on an "as is" basis. ONE ON ONE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
11. Service Availability
ONE ON ONE does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and accepts no liability for any unavailability.
12. Data Protection & Third-Party Processors
Your account data and content briefs are processed and stored using secure cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers.
ONE ON ONE does not collect, process, or store any biometric data (photographs, facial images, voice recordings, or biometric identifiers) from clients. All AI presenters are original AI-generated characters produced by ONE ON ONE and its production partners.
Account data is processed through secure cloud infrastructure in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Content briefs are treated as confidential business information and are not shared beyond the production process.
You retain the right to request data deletion or correction at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ONE ON ONE shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if ONE ON ONE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ONE ON ONE's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to ONE ON ONE for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
14. Force Majeure
ONE ON ONE shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, changes in law, failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, failure or unavailability of third-party AI or cloud service providers, or cyber attack.
15. Modifications
ONE ON ONE may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. For existing clients, material changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days prior written notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. For non-material changes such as corrections or clarifications, updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Service Territory
ONE ON ONE provides services exclusively to businesses located in the Gulf Cooperation Council states: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. We do not offer or market our services to customers outside the GCC. Enquiries from outside this territory may be declined.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
