1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ONE ON ONE (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. AI Avatar Presenters & Content Production

ONE ON ONE is powered by AI video and voice production technology. All video content is produced using ONE ON ONE's library of AI avatar presenters — original AI-generated digital characters. No client photograph, facial image, voice recording, or biometric data of any kind is collected, processed, or used at any stage of production.

Clients submit content briefs, scripts, and topic outlines. ONE ON ONE produces broadcast-quality video using its own AI avatar presenters. No real human likeness is replicated, cloned, or represented in any production.

By submitting a content brief, you grant ONE ON ONE the right to produce video content based on your provided script, outline, or talking points, using AI avatar presenters selected from our library or recommended by our production team.

3. Service Engagement & Payments

By engaging ONE ON ONE for a production or managed service:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete project information
• You agree to pay the agreed amount for your selected service via secure payment processing
• You understand that refund terms are governed by the ONE ON ONE Refund Policy
• You accept our standard production timeline (3-7 business days for standard delivery)

4. Content & Intellectual Property

The materials displayed on ONE ON ONE, including text, graphics, and videos, are the property of ONE ON ONE or used with permission. Unauthorised use of these materials is prohibited.

Content you commission through ONE ON ONE (your scripts, briefs, talking points, and the resulting produced episodes) remains your intellectual property. ONE ON ONE may only use your produced content for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes with your prior explicit written consent. This consent is entirely separate from and independent of your service agreement. You are under no obligation to grant this consent and your service delivery and pricing are not affected by your decision. You may grant or withdraw this consent at any time by contacting hello@one-on-one.social.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any laws
• Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person
• Submit content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on ONE ON ONE are provided on an 'as is' basis. ONE ON ONE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

7. Data Protection & Third-Party Processors

Your account data, content briefs, and payment information are processed and stored using certified cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers.

ONE ON ONE does not collect, process, or store any biometric data (photographs, facial images, voice recordings, or biometric identifiers) from clients. All AI avatar presenters are original AI-generated characters produced by ONE ON ONE and its production partners.

Account data is processed through certified cloud infrastructure in compliance with applicable regional data protection frameworks. Content briefs are treated as confidential business information and are not shared beyond the production process.

You retain the right to request data deletion or correction at any time.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall ONE ON ONE or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if notified of such possibility. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits ONE ON ONE's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability under applicable law including EU or UK consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Modifications

ONE ON ONE may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. For existing clients, material changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days prior written notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. For non-material changes such as corrections or clarifications, updates take effect immediately upon publication. For EU and UK users, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation remain unaffected by any modifications to these Terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For users in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws and the EU GDPR also apply. For users in the United Kingdom, UK consumer protection laws and the UK GDPR apply. For users in Egypt, Algeria, and Tunisia, applicable local data protection laws apply. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the applicable laws of your country of residence.

Geographic Restriction: ONE ON ONE services are available exclusively in the GCC region, European Union member states, United Kingdom, Egypt, Algeria, and Tunisia. Users located in mainland China, the United States, Canada, Australia, or any other jurisdiction not listed above are not eligible to use ONE ON ONE services. Access from non-permitted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.
