1. Platform Status
ONE ON ONE is currently in pre-commercial development. This platform is a private demonstration build made available exclusively to authorised reviewers by personal invitation. The platform has not been publicly launched, is not commercially registered as an active business in any jurisdiction, and is not accessible to the general public.
2. No Real Transactions or Data
No real financial transactions are processed. No real biometric data is collected. No real user accounts are created. No real bookings, subscriptions, or payments are accepted. All data displayed is illustrative test data for demonstration purposes only.
3. Regulatory Status
ONE ON ONE is actively preparing for commercial launch. The platform complies with applicable data protection laws in its served jurisdictions. As ONE ON ONE does not collect biometric data, biometric-specific regulatory frameworks (such as biometric articles of PDPL or deepfake-specific guidelines) do not apply to the service. General data protection compliance (PDPL, GDPR, UK GDPR) applies to account and billing data only. All regulatory registrations will be completed prior to commercial launch.
